At Khalos, we know that once you’ve found your new essential, you don’t want to wait long to have it in your hands. We’ve partnered with SF Express to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely, whether you’re in the bustling streets of Hong Kong or on the mainland.
Where We Ship
We currently offer shipping to Hong Kong and all regions within Mainland China.
Local Shipping (Hong Kong)
· Free shipping is offered on all Hong Kong orders over HK$320.
· For orders below HK$320 a shipping fee will apply.
The exact fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.
All Hong Kong orders are shipped via trusted local couriers.
Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days (depending on destination and courier operations).
International Shipping
We offer worldwide delivery.
International shipping fees vary depending on:
· Destination country
· Courier service
· Package weight and dimensions
The exact international shipping fee will be shown at checkout.
Import Duties & Taxes
Please note:
· International customers are responsible for all applicable duties, customs fees, taxes, and import charges imposed by their respective countries.
· These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
· Import processing may also affect delivery times.

Order Tracking
Once your Khalos bottle ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the SF Express website or app to follow your package’s journey straight to your door.
Customs & Duties
For shipments within Mainland China, any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific regulations.
