Where We Ship

We currently offer shipping to Hong Kong and all regions within Mainland China.

Shipping Rates

· Standard Shipping (SF Express): $30 HKD
· Free Shipping: On all orders over $200 HKD.

Delivery Times

· Hong Kong: Typically 1–2 business days.
· Mainland China: Typically 2–4 business days (depending on the region).
Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by SF Express and may be subject to delays during peak seasons or due to customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your Khalos bottle ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the SF Express website or app to follow your package’s journey straight to your door.

Customs & Duties

For shipments within Mainland China, any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific regulations.
